#4 Goldenrain Tree—Golden yellow flowers, fall color, mid-sized at 40 feet tall and 35 feet tall.
#5 Turkish Filbert—Resistant to disease and pest damage, survives well in urban settings, fruit attracts wildlife.
#6 Sawtooth Oak—FAST-growing oak for the less-patient gardener, yellow color in autumn.
#7 Crape Myrtle—Gorgeous clustered pink, purple, or red flowers, a great curbside tree, won’t take over the entire sidewalk.
#8 Yoshino Flowering Cherry—Lovely white flowers, slight fragrance, and smaller tree reaching 20 feet tall and 15 feet wide.
#9 Saucer Magnolia—Tough tree with reaching about 25 feet high and 25 feet wide. Gorgeous white and purple flowers in the spring.
#10 Hackberry Tree—Another tough tree that looks similar to an Elm but is resistant to elm disease, grows quickly.
