If you want a quick and easy greenhouse for just a few plants, then a clear, plastic water bottle is your best bet. You just stick the cleaned water bottle over the top of the plant (securing it well) and the plastic will trap the heat, creating a mini greenhouse.

There’s always the classic greenhouse frame, if you’re not looking for anything fancy, just reliable. The good thing about this is that you can really make it whatever size you want: something small for a few plants, or even larger for a whole garden. It’s up to you!

Who knew this was possible? You can make a greenhouse out of CD cases! Isn’t that awesome. Not only are you being self-reliant by growing your own greens, but you’re also recycling.

Just because your greenhouse serves a practical purpose, doesn’t mean it has to be ugly or bland. Paint your greenhouse (where possible) to make it a piece of art in your yard or garden.

You can make a little mini box for a greenhouse if you only want to put a few plants in it. It’s small enough to fit somewhere on your balcony or porch, so you don’t have to have lots of yard space to do this idea.

I love the idea of having a greenhouse that looks like a barn! It adds such a rustic and stylish touch to your yard without overdoing it.

Collect all your bottles and make a greenhouse out of them! Yeah, that’s right: you can make a greenhouse out of recycled bottles! Making this greenhouse will for sure make you feel good.

You can make a greenhouse out of an assortment of windows put together. You just need to structure the windows around each other so they make a room and you’re good to go!

I like the idea of having a greenhouse attached to your house. That way you don’t have to go into the actual outside (especially if it’s cold) but step right into the nice and warm greenhouse.

A clever way of making a greenhouse is by using cedar branches or other types of strong, thick branches. Simply bend them into a loop and drape a plastic tarp around them, tying it so the sheet is secure.

PVC pipe is a great material to use in order to build a greenhouse. You can craft it into pretty much any size or shape you want, which is great. Lots of people make a hooped greenhouse with PVC pipe.

A retractable greenhouse is a great idea because you don’t have to make it big enough to stand in but, when you need to tend to your plants, there’s enough space. Just make sure the pulley system is secure so the greenhouse doesn’t open randomly.

Straw bales are a cheap and natural wall for your greenhouse. All you need to do is put the plastic or window over the top, make sure it’s secure, and you’re good! The straw retains heat, which is exactly what you want a greenhouse to do!

I think this geo dome greenhouse is pretty cool looking. It’s made to maximize the quality of your greenhouse while also providing structural stability. Plus, it just looks awesome in your yard.

Building a greenhouse against a stone wall is actually a really good idea. The stone absorbs the heat from the sun during the day and emits it at night, keeping your plants warm and toasty. Just build a frame with the stone wall being one side, and then cover it in plastic or glass.

These wooden boxes are actually pretty classy looking. They’re crisp, clean, and allow you to get a greenhouse without much hassle.

I love the idea of having a greenhouse that is elegant and fancy. Some people make theirs look like an old church while others treat it like a guesthouse. Whatever you choose, must make it look great.

You can actually just take your old window frames and use them to make a greenhouse. How well it looks depends on how much effort you want to put into it, but you can really just set some window frames around a box and you’re good!
