What Is Tub Tea?

Tub teas are similar to bath salts or bath bombs, but with loose herbs and dried flowers included. The tub tea mixture is usually scooped into a fine mesh bag or tea ball for use in the tub, just so the loose herbs don’t clog your bathtub drain. There are herbs and/or flowers included in these recipes that you can pick straight from your garden, dry and then use in a tub tea. Suggested garden items for a tub tea include chamomile flowers, lavender buds, peppermint leaves and other herbs such as sage.
